Common use of Termination for Any Reason Except Death, Disability or Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination for Any Reason Except Death, Disability or Cause. If Optionee is Terminated for any reason except Optionee’s death, Disability or Cause, then this Option, to the extent (and only to the extent) that it is vested in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement on the date of Termination, may be exercised by Optionee no later than three (3) months after the date of Termination, but in any event no later than the Expiration Date.

Termination for Any Reason Except Death, Disability or Cause. If Optionee is Terminated for any reason except Optionee’s 's death, Disability or Cause, then this Option, to the extent (and only to the extent) that it is vested in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement on the date of Termination, may be exercised by Optionee no later than three (3) months after the date of Termination, but in any event no later than the Expiration Date.

If Optionee is Terminated terminated for any reason except other than Optionee’s death, Disability permanent disability or Causecause (each as defined in Section 7(a) and 7(b) of the Employment Agreement), then this Option, to the extent (and only to the extent) that it is vested in accordance with the schedule set forth in provisions of Section 2.1 of this Agreement 4 hereof on the effective date of Terminationtermination, may be exercised by Optionee no later than three thirty (330) months days after the said date of Termination, but in any event no later than the Expiration Date.

If 1f Optionee is Terminated for any reason reason, except Optionee’s death, Disability or Cause, then this Option, to the extent (and only to the extent) that it is vested in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement exercisable by Optionee on the date of TerminationTermination Date, may be exercised by Optionee if at all, as to all or some of the Vested Shares calculated as of the Termination Date, no later than three (3) months after the date of TerminationTermination Date, but in any event no later than the Expiration Date.

If Optionee is Terminated for any reason except Optionee’s death, Disability or Cause, then this Option shall terminate on Optionee’s date of Termination as to any Unvested Shares, and this Option, to the extent (and only to the extent) that it is vested in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 2.1 of this Agreement hereof on the date of TerminationTermination Date, may be exercised by Optionee no later than three (3) months after the date of TerminationTermination Date, but in any event no later than the Expiration Date.

If Optionee is Terminated for any reason except Optionee’s death, Disability or CauseCause (as such terms are defined in the Plan), then this Option, to the extent (and only to the extent) that it is vested on the Termination Date in accordance with the schedule set forth in Section 2.1 on the first page of this Agreement on the date of TerminationAgreement, may be exercised by Optionee no later than during the three (3) months after following the date of TerminationTermination Date, but in any event must be exercised no later than the Expiration Date.
