Termination for any Reason Other than Disability, Death or for Cause. In the event of termination of your employment for any reason other than your Disability (when Cause does not then exist), your death, or for Cause, at the Close of Business on the last day of the period beginning on the Employment Termination Date and ending 90 days thereafter; provided, however, that if you die during such period, such Options will terminate at the Close of Business on the last day of the one-year period beginning on the date of your death;
