TERMINATION FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY TO MAINTAIN COMPLIANCE. with County’s Child Support Compliance Program Failure of Contractor to maintain compliance with the requirements set forth in Paragraph 8.13 (Contractor’s Warranty of Adherence to the County’s Child Support Compliance Program) above will constitute a default under this Master Agreement. Without limiting the rights and remedies available to the County under any other provision of this Master Agreement, failure of Contractor to cure such default within 90 Days of written notice will be grounds upon which the County may terminate this Master Agreement pursuant to Paragraph 8.42 (Termination for Default) and pursue debarment of Contractor, pursuant to County Code Chapter 2.202.
