Either party may terminate this Agreement (including the Statement of Work) if upon breach by the other party breaches of any material term provision of this Agreement and fails to cure Agreement, provided such breach within thirty (30) continues for 15 days following after receipt by the breaching party of written notice thereof of such breach from the non-non- breaching party.
