Termination for Cause by PROMISTAR. In the event that PROMISTAR shall terminate Executive's employment hereunder for Cause pursuant to Section 5(c), this Agreement shall forthwith terminate. PROMISTAR shall continue to pay Executive the compensation and benefits set forth in Section 4 until the date specified in the Notice of Termination.
