Common use of Termination for Cause, Death, Disability, or Resignation Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause, Death, Disability, or Resignation. In the event of Employee's termination for Cause, or termination as a result of her death or Disability, or her resignation, Employee will be entitled to receive payment for all unpaid salary, accrued but unpaid bonus, if any, and vacation accrued as of the date of her termination of employment. Employee will not be entitled to any cash severance benefits or additional vesting of any Company stock options or other equity or cash awards.
