Common use of Termination for Cause, Death, Disability, or Resignation Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause, Death, Disability, or Resignation. In the event that the employment of Employee is terminated for Cause, or is terminated as a result of death, Disability, or resignation without “Good Reason” as defined in this Agreement, Employee will be entitled to receive payment for all accrued but unpaid salary, accrued but unpaid bonus, if any, and vacation accrued as of the date of termination of Employee’s employment. Employee will not be entitled to any cash severance benefits or vesting of any stock options or other equity or cash awards.
