Common use of Termination for Cause, Death or Disability, or Resignation Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause, Death or Disability, or Resignation. If Employee’s employment with the Company terminates voluntarily by Employee other than for Good Reason pursuant to Paragraph 12C above, for Cause by the Company or due to Employee’s death or disability, then payments of compensation by the Company to Employee hereunder will terminate immediately (except as to amounts already earned).
