Common use of Termination for Cause; Disability; Death Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause; Disability; Death. Upon the termination of the Executive's employment hereunder due to a Termination for Cause, Disability or death, neither the Executive nor his or her beneficiary or estate shall have any further rights or claims against the Company under this Agreement or otherwise, except the Accrued Rights, which shall be paid to the Executive or his or her representative immediately upon termination. In addition, upon a termination due to Disability or Death, the Company shall pay Executive or his or her representatives any earned but unpaid annual bonus.
