Termination for Cause during Pre-Construction Phase. This Agreement may be terminated during the Pre-Construction Phase by either party upon fifteen (15) calendar days written notice should the other party fail substantially to perform in accordance with its terms through no fault of the party initiating the termination, and such failure to perform is not cured within such fifteen (15) calendar day period.
