TERMINATION FOR CAUSE; EXECUTIVE'S TERMINATION OTHER THAN FOR GOOD REASON AFTER A CHANGE IN CONTROL. If the Executive's employment shall be terminated for Cause during the Term hereof (either prior to or subsequent to a Change in Control), this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive. If the Executive terminates employment with the Company during the Term hereof (other than for Good Reason after a Change in Control), this Agreement shall terminate without further obligations to the Executive.
