Common use of Termination for Cause or at Election of Employee Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause or at Election of Employee. In the event the Employee's employment is terminated for cause pursuant to Section 4.2, or at the election of the Employee pursuant to Section 4.4, the Company shall pay to the Employee all sums otherwise payable to him under Section 3 through the last day of his actual employment by the Company.
