Except for Base Salary through the day on which Executive’s employment was terminated and any accrued benefits which may be owing in accordance with the Company’s policies or applicable law, Executive shall not be entitled to receive severance or any other compensation, bonus or benefits after the last date of employment with the Company upon the termination of Executive’s employment hereunder by the Company for Cause pursuant to Section 7(c) or upon Executive’s termination of employment hereunder pursuant to Section 7(e), without Good Reason.
