Termination for Cause or by the Executive Other Than for Good Reason. If the Executive's employment is terminated either: (a) by the Company for Cause; or (b) by the Executive other than for Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Executive the amounts specified in Section 4.8 and the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement.

Termination for Cause or by the Executive Other Than for Good Reason. If the Executive's employment is terminated either: (a) by the Company for Cause; , or (b) voluntarily by the Executive other than for Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Executive his full Base Salary at the rate then in effect, accrued vacation, and other items earned by and owed to the Executive through the Effective Date of Termination, plus all other amounts specified in Section 4.8 to which the Executive is entitled under any compensation plans of the Company at the time such payments are due, and the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive under this Agreement.
