Termination for Cause or Due to Voluntary Resignation or Disability. If during the Employment Term, the Company terminates Executive’s employment with the Company for Cause or Executive terminates his employment due to his Voluntary Resignation or Disability, the Company shall have no further obligation to Executive under this Agreement except to pay his Annual Base Salary and earned but unused vacation through his date of termination, on or before the next regularly scheduled pay-date after termination and to perform such other obligations as imposed by law.
