Common use of Termination for Cause or Not for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Termination for Cause or Not for Good Reason. If during the term of this Agreement, Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause or if Executive effects termination other than for Good Reason, CBI shall pay Executive his or her full salary through the effective date of such termination at the rate in effect on the date CBI or Executive, as the case may be, notifies the other party of such termination, and CBI shall have no further obligations to Executive under this Agreement. In the event of such termination, Executive shall not be entitled to receive any payment under the AIP for the year in which Executive’s Date of Termination occurs or any later year.
