Termination for Cause or Resignation. In the event the Employee’s employment is terminated for Cause, or if he resigns his employment, the Company shall pay to the Employee the Accrued Benefits; provided for greater certainty that the Employee shall not be entitled to any earned but unpaid Annual Bonus.
