If Employee’s employment terminates by the Company for Cause or by Employee without Good Reason, Employee shall be paid Employee’s then current salary earned through the date of termination, in addition to any accrued, but unused vacation, and Employee shall be reimbursed for any business expenses incurred by Employee in accordance with Section 5, above. Employee shall be entitled to no further compensation or benefits.
