Termination for Cause or Voluntary Termination. If the Executive’s employment is terminated (i) by the Company for Cause, or (ii) voluntarily by the Executive (other than for Good Reason on or after a Change of Control), the Company shall pay or provide to the Executive the Accrued Benefits.
