Termination for Cause, Voluntary Termination, Termination at End of Term. If Employee is terminated by the Employer at the end of the Initial Term or any Extension Term by timely and proper notice pursuant to Section 2.0(a) above, or at any time by the Employer for Cause, or voluntarily by the Employee other than for Good Reason, Employee shall be entitled only to his Base Salary through the date of termination of this Agreement and shall not be entitled to any further Base Salary or any applicable bonus, benefits or other compensation for that year or any future year, except as may be provided in an applicable benefit plan or program, or to any severance compensation of any kind, nature or amount.
