Notwithstanding any other term of this Investment Agreement, Alberta Innovates may Elect to terminate this Investment Agreement effective immediately upon providing Notice to the Applicant if at any time the Government of Alberta suspends, revokes, reduces or terminates funding to Alberta Innovates.
