Termination for Convenience Buyer. may terminate all or any part of this Contract by written notice to Seller. In the event of such termination, Seller shall immediately cease all work terminated hereunder and cause any and all of its suppliers and subcontractors to cease work. Seller must submit all claims within sixty (60) days after the effective date of termination. Buyer shall determine the amount due Seller on the Termination in accordance with FAR 52.249-2. In no event shall Buyer be obligated to pay Seller any amount in excess of the Contract price. Seller shall continue work not terminated.
