Common use of Termination for Convenience by the County Clause in Contracts

Termination for Convenience by the County. Pursuant to 2 CFR Part 200, Appendix II, Paragraph B (or, for HHS Awards: 45 CFR Part 75, Appendix II, Paragraph B), contracts made pursuant to a Federal Award must address termination for convenience by the County including the manner by which it will be effected and the basis for settlement. As such, the County may terminate this Agreement for convenience by providing a written thirty (30) calendar day notice to the Subrecipient.
