Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 79.2.1 If the Contractor or any of its sub-contractors (or anyone employed by or acting on behalf of any of them) or any of its or their agents or shareholders commits any Prohibited Act, then the Authority shall be entitled to act in accordance with Clause 79.2. 79.2.2 If a Prohibited Act is committed by the Contractor or by an employee not acting independently of the Contractor but acting under the authority of or with the knowledge of a director of the Contractor, then the Authority may terminate this Agreement by giving notice to the Contractor. 79.2.3 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of the Contractor acting independently of the Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate, unless within 30 days of receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.4 If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Contractor not acting independently of that Sub-Contractor then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate, unless within 30 days of receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the relevant Sub-Contract and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.5 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Sub-Contractor acting independently of that Sub-Contractor then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate, unless within 30 days of receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.6 If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not specified in Clause 79 then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate unless within 30 days of receipt of such notice, the Contractor procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor or the Sub-contractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.7 Any notice of termination under this Clause 79.2 shall specify: (a) the nature of the Prohibited Act; (b) the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act; (c) the date on which this Agreement will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clause; and (d) the Authority’s chosen option under Clause 79.2. On termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 79.2 the Authority shall pay the Contractor compensation in accordance with the provisions of Clause 47 (Compensation on Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud).

Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 79.2.1 71.2.1 If the Contractor or any of its subSub-contractors Contractor (or anyone employed by or acting on behalf of any of them) or any of its or their agents or shareholders commits any Prohibited Act, then the Authority shall be entitled to act in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 79.271.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud). 79.2.2 71.2.2 If a Prohibited Act is committed by the Contractor or by an employee not acting independently of the Contractor but acting under the authority of or with the knowledge of a director of the Contractor, then the Authority may terminate this Agreement Contract by giving notice to the Contractor. 79.2.3 71.2.3 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of the Contractor acting independently of the Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.4 71.2.4 If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Contractor not acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the relevant Sub-Contract Ancillary Document and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.5 71.2.5 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Sub-Contractor acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.6 71.2.6 If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not specified in Clause 79 Clauses 71.2.2 to 71.2.5 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud), then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate terminate, unless within 30 days twenty (20) Business Days of receipt of such notice, notice the Contractor procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor or the Sub-contractorsContractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.7 71.2.7 Any notice of termination under this Clause 79.2 71 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) shall specify: (a) the nature of the Prohibited Act; (b) the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act; (c) the date on which this Agreement Contract will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clause; and; (d) the Authority’s chosen option under Clause 79.2. On termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 79.2 the Authority shall pay the Contractor compensation in accordance with the provisions of Clause 47 72 (Compensation on Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud).

If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of the Contractor acting independently of the Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services Service by another person. 79.2.4 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Contractor not acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the relevant Sub-Contract and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services Service by another person. 79.2.5 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Sub-Contractor acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services Service by another person. 79.2.6 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons person not specified in Clause 79 clauses 36.2.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) to 36.2.5 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud), then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice, the Contractor procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor or the Sub-contractorsContractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services Service by another person. 79.2.7 . Any notice of termination Termination Notice under this Clause 79.2 clause 36.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) shall specify: (a) : the nature of the Prohibited Act; (b) ; the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act; (c) ; the date on which this Agreement Contract will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clauseclause 36.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud); and (d) and the Authority’s chosen option under Clause 79.2. On termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 79.2 the Authority shall pay the Contractor compensation in accordance with the provisions of Clause 47 clause 36.4.1 (Compensation on Termination for Corrupt Gifts and FraudFraud and Prohibited Equality and Diversity Act).

Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 79.2.1 77.2.1 If the Contractor or any of its sub-contractors (or anyone employed by or acting on behalf of any of them) or any of its or their agents or shareholders commits any Prohibited Act, then the Authority shall be entitled to act in accordance with Clause 79.2clauses Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 79.2.2 77.2.2 If a Prohibited Act is committed by the Contractor or by an employee not acting independently of the Contractor but acting under the authority of or with the knowledge of a director of the Contractor, then the Authority may terminate this Agreement by giving notice to the Contractor. 79.2.3 77.2.3 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of the Contractor acting independently of the Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate, unless within 30 [30] days of receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.4 77.2.4 If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Subsub-contractor of the Contractor or by an employee of that Subsub-Contractor contractor not acting independently of that Subsub-Contractor contractor then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate, unless within 30 [30] days of receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the relevant Sub-Contract [Project Document] and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.5 77.2.5 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Subsub-contractor of the Contractor acting independently of that Subsub-Contractor contractor then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate, unless within 30 [30] days of receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.6 77.2.6 If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not specified in Clause 79 clauses Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement will terminate unless within [30 days days] of receipt of such notice, the Contractor procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor or the Sub-contractorsContractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.7 77.2.7 Any notice of termination under this Clause 79.2 clause Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud shall specify: (aA) the nature of the Prohibited Act; (bB) the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act; (cC) the date on which this Agreement will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clauseclause; and (dD) the Authority’s chosen option under Clause 79.2. On termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 79.2 the Authority shall pay the Contractor compensation in accordance with the provisions of Clause 47 (clause Compensation on Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud).

If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Contractor not acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice the Contractor terminates the relevant Sub-Contract and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.5 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Sub-Contractor acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.6 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not person specified in Clause 79 clause 51.2.1 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) other than a person specified in clauses 51.2.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) to 51.2.5 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud), then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate unless within 30 days of twenty (20) Business Days after receipt of such notice, the Contractor procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor or the Sub-contractorsContractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.7 . Any notice of termination Termination Notice under this Clause 79.2 clause 51.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud) shall specify: (a) : the nature of the Prohibited Act; (b) ; the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act; (c) ; and the date on which this Agreement Contract will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clauseclause 51.2 (Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud); and (d) and the Authority’s chosen option under Clause 79.2. On termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 79.2 the Authority shall pay the Contractor compensation in accordance with the provisions of Clause 47 clause 51.4.1 (Compensation on Termination for Corrupt Gifts and FraudFraud and Prohibited Equality and Diversity Act).

Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 79.2.1 If Subject to the Contractor or any provisions of its sub-contractors (or anyone employed by or acting on behalf of any of them) or any of its or their agents or shareholders commits any Prohibited Actthis clause 30, then the Authority shall be entitled to act in accordance with Clause 79.2. 79.2.2 terminate this Contract immediately if the Supplier or any Sub-Contractor commits a Prohibited Act and shall be entitled to claim the Supplier Default Termination Sum from the Supplier. If a Prohibited Act is committed by the Contractor Supplier or by an employee not acting independently of the Contractor but acting under the authority of or with the knowledge of a director of the ContractorSupplier, then the Authority may terminate this Agreement Contract by giving notice to the Contractor. 79.2.3 Supplier. If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of the Contractor Supplier acting independently of the ContractorSupplier, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice the Contractor Supplier terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.4 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Contractor not acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice the Contractor Supplier terminates the relevant Sub-Contract subcontract and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.5 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Sub-Contractor acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.6 . If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not specified in Clause 79 clauses 30.2 to 30.5, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice, notice the Contractor Supplier procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor Supplier or the Sub-contractorsContractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.7 . Any notice of termination under this Clause 79.2 clause 30 shall specify: (a) : the nature of the Prohibited Act; (b) ; the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act; (c) ; and the date on which this Agreement Contract will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clause; and (d) clause. In the Authority’s chosen option event of termination by the Authority under Clause 79.2. On termination of this Agreement in accordance with Clause 79.2 clause 30 the Authority shall pay be entitled to claim the Contractor compensation in accordance with Supplier Default Termination Sum from the provisions of Clause 47 (Compensation on Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud)Supplier.

Termination for Corrupt Gifts and Fraud. 79.2.1 If 30.1 Subject to the Contractor or any provisions of its sub-contractors (or anyone employed by or acting on behalf of any of them) or any of its or their agents or shareholders commits any Prohibited Actthis clause 30, then the Authority shall be entitled to act in accordance with Clause 79.2terminate this Contract immediately if the Supplier or any Sub-Contractor commits a Prohibited Act and shall be entitled to claim the Supplier Default Termination Sum from the Supplier. 79.2.2 30.2 If a Prohibited Act is committed by the Contractor Supplier or by an employee not acting independently of the Contractor but acting under the authority of or with the knowledge of a director of the ContractorSupplier, then the Authority may terminate this Agreement Contract by giving notice to the ContractorSupplier. 79.2.3 30.3 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of the Contractor Supplier acting independently of the ContractorSupplier, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice the Contractor Supplier terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.4 30.4 If the Prohibited Act is committed by a Sub-Contractor or by an employee of that Sub-Sub- Contractor not acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice the Contractor Supplier terminates the relevant Sub-Contract subcontract and procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.5 30.5 If the Prohibited Act is committed by an employee of a Sub-Contractor acting independently of that Sub-Contractor Contractor, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice the Sub-Contractor terminates the employee’s employment and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.6 30.6 If the Prohibited Act is committed by any other persons not specified in Clause 79 clauses 30.2 to 30.5, then the Authority may give notice to the Contractor Supplier of termination and this Agreement Contract will terminate terminate, unless within 30 days 20 Business Days of receipt of such notice, notice the Contractor Supplier procures the termination of such person’s employment and of the appointment of their employer (where not employed by the Contractor Supplier or the Sub-contractorsContractors) and (if necessary) procures the performance of such part of the Works and/or Services by another person. 79.2.7 30.7 Any notice of termination under this Clause 79.2 clause 30 shall specify: (a) 30.7.1 the nature of the Prohibited Act; (b) 30.7.2 the identity of the party whom the Authority believes has committed the Prohibited Act;; and (c) 30.7.3 the date on which this Agreement Contract will terminate, in accordance with the applicable provision of this Clause; andclause.
