Termination for Criminal Conviction. Huron Valley Schools may terminate this Contract immediately and without further liability or penalty if the Contractor, an officer of the Contractor, or an owner of a 25% or greater share of the Contractor is convicted of a criminal offense related to a Huron Valley Schools, public, or private Contract or subcontract.
