Termination for Customer Dissatisfaction. In consideration for its authorization, Autodesk is relying upon VAR to behave in a professional and upstanding manner in its relationship with all End Users. Failure to attain a high level of customer satisfaction shall be considered a material breach of this VAR Agreement, and Autodesk reserves the right to terminate this VAR Agreement in the event that Autodesk receives customer dissatisfaction complaints from an End User, regarding VAR.
