Common use of Termination for Death Clause in Contracts

If the Employee’s employment is terminated by death pursuant to Section 4.2, the Company shall pay to the estate of the Employee the compensation (including the Base Salary (then in effect), Separation Payment and any bonuses) which would otherwise be payable to the Employee up to the end of the twelfth month following the month in which the death of the Employee occurs.
