TERMINATION FOR DELAY IN MOBILISATION. If the CONTRACTOR (successful bidder) fails to mobilize and deploy the Drilling Unit within the stipulated time, Operator shall have, without prejudice to any other clause of the CONTRACT, the right to terminate the contract.
