Termination for Disability or by Reason of Death. Upon termination of Employee’s employment during the Employment Period for Disability or by reason of death, subject to Sections 6(g), 8 and 10 (other than with respect to Accrued Obligations), Employee shall be entitled to, or in the case of Employee’s death, Employee’s estate, only the following:
