Termination for Executive’s Long Term Disability. In the event that the Executive, due to physical or mental health, is unable to perform the essential functions of the Executive’s job, with or without a reasonable accommodation, for a period of ninety (90) days in any one hundred eighty (180) day period, the Company may terminate this Agreement. The ability to come to work is one of the essential functions of the Executive’s job. The Executive will not be entitled to receive any compensation following the effective date of termination under this Section except for any accrued but unpaid salary and unpaid Accrued Benefits through the effective date of such termination.
