Termination for Failure of Seller or Dealer to be Licensed. If Seller or Dealer shall fail to secure or maintain any license, permit or authorization required by either of them for their performance of any obligation under or in connection with this Agreement, or if such license, permit or authorization is suspended or revoked, irrespective of the cause, and such suspension or revocation continues for a period of seven (7) days, either party may immediately terminate this Agreement by giving notice to the other party.
