Termination for Failure to Adopt Amended Terms. OCP shall have the right to amend this Certification Xxxx License Agreement by providing Licensee with at least sixty (60) days written notice of such amendment, after which time this Certified Xxxx License Agreement will terminate absent written agreement by Licensee to the amended terms (the “Revised Certification Xxxx License Agreement”).
