Termination for Failure to Exercise Option. This Agreement will terminate automatically at the end of the Research Term if Licensee does not exercise the Commercial Option with respect to any Disease Indication in accordance with Section 2.3. If Licensee does not exercise the Commercial Option with respect to all Disease Indications, this Agreement will terminate with respect to all unexercised Disease Indications at the end of the Research Term.
