Common use of Termination for Failure to Perform Clause in Contracts

Termination for Failure to Perform. By providing written notice, a party may immediately terminate this Agreement: (a) if the other party materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure that breach within forty-five (45) days (fifteen (15) days with regard to Client's payment obligations) after receiving written notice of the breach, or (b) as provided in Section 11.5.
