Termination for Failure to Satisfy Condition Precedent. If, for any reason (including a failure to meet the conditions in Section 2.1 prior to end of the Condition Precedent Period), the Condition Precedent is not fully satisfied within the Condition Precedent Period, then this Agreement shall automatically terminate in its entirety on the day after the last day of the Condition Precedent Period.
