Termination for Good Reason by the Executive. By following the procedure set forth in Paragraph 6(e), the Executive shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and the Executive's employment with the Company for "Good Reason" in the event:

Termination for Good Reason by the Executive. By following the procedure set forth in Paragraph 6(eparagraph 4(d), the Executive shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and the Executive's his employment with the Company for "Good Reason" . If the employment of the Executive is terminated by the Executive for Good Reason, the Executive shall be entitled to the severance benefits set forth in the event:paragraph 3(g).
