Termination for Lack of PFS Success Fund Payment. In the event of termination pursuant to Section VIII.A, then (a) the PFS Project shall not be initiated; (b) all funds provided by the Funders shall be returned to such Funders; and (c) this Contract shall be terminated and shall be of no further force and effect.
