(a) In the event that any part of the Nominated Network specified in Part 2 of Schedule 2 is damaged or destroyed by a Force Majeure Event and in QR Network’s reasonable opinion the cost of repairing such damage or replacing that part of the Nominated Network is not economic on the basis of the then and committed future utilisation of that part of the Nominated Network, QR Network may by written notice advise the Operator of:
