Termination for Misconduct or Cause. The Company may terminate Executive’s employment at any time for “Misconduct” or for “Cause” (each as defined in Section 17) immediately upon written notice to Executive. Such written notice shall set forth with reasonable specificity the Company’s basis for such termination.
