Termination for Non-Payment. In the event GROUP shall materially fail to comply with Section IV (3.1) titled “Financial Terms of GROUP” with respect to either the medical, dental, or vision coverage, BCBSRI shall have the right to cancel this Agreement upon thirty-one (31) days written notice. GROUP shall have the right to cure such noncompliance within said thirty-one (31) days (“grace period’), as defined in Section 3.1 of this Agreement.
