Common use of Termination for Other than Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination for Other than Cause. Company shall have the right to terminate Employee’s employment at any time for other than cause. In the event that Company terminates Employee’s employment for other than cause, provided that Employee executes a general liability release in a form satisfactory to Company, Company shall pay to Employee the amount of six (6) months’ base compensation, subject to applicable federal, state, and local deductions.
