Termination for Other Than for Disability or Death. This Agreement may terminate for reasons other than the Executive's disability or death upon the occurrence of any of the following events; provided, however, that neither the Executive nor the Corporation may terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Section 20 in 1999 except for a termination by the Corporation for Cause as provided in Section 20(a) or a termination by the Executive for Good Reason as provided in Section 20(c). (a) The Corporation, at its option, may terminate the Executive for Cause (as defined below) upon thirty (30) days' advance written notice by the Corporation to the Executive fully setting forth such Cause, which notice of termination may be appealed to the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
