Termination for Patent Expiration. The licenses granted under this Agreement shall terminate with respect to the Licensor Patent Rights upon the expiration of the last issued patent of the Licensor Patent Rights. The licenses granted under this Agreement with respect to Know-How and Trade Secrets shall continue notwithstanding the expiration of the Licensor Patent Rights.
