Common use of Termination for Reasons Other than Death, Disability or Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination for Reasons Other than Death, Disability or Cause. In addition to termination pursuant to Sections 8(a), (b), or (c) above, Employee's Employment hereunder may be terminated by either Employee or the Company at any time and for any reason by providing the other party with a Notice of Termination at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective day of termination. Any unvested shares of the Company’s common stock awarded pursuant to Section 4(c) shall be forfeited upon Employee's termination (other than in the case of death or disability or as described in 8f and 8g).
