Termination for Suspension. If Dell has the right to suspend the APEX Service(s) under Clause 5.1(c) (Suspension - Generally), then Dell also has the right to terminate the APEX Service(s): (a) immediately upon written notice to You in the event of a breach of the AUP; or (b) as provided under Clause 6.2(c) (Termination) provided that the 30 day cure period is considered to start from the date of Dell’s first notice under Clause 5.1(a) or Clause 5.1(b) (Suspension, Generally).
