Termination in Event of Commission Denial. If Commission Approval is denied pursuant to Section 2.5, the Agreement will terminate with respect to all Parties and all future obligations of the Parties under this Agreement (other than the provisions which by their terms are intended to survive the termination of this Agreement) shall be terminated without further liability of any Party. Under no circumstances shall any Party have any liability to any other Party due to a denial of Commission Approval.
