Termination in the Event of Failure to Obtain Regulatory Approval. In the event Client does not receive Regulatory Approval of a Product by the anticipated Regulatory Approval date set forth in the Commercial Product Addendum Client may terminate the applicable Commercial Product Addendum within twelve (12) months following this date, subject to Section 8.6.
