Common use of Termination Limitations Clause in Contracts

Termination Limitations. This Agreement shall be terminated or canceled in accordance with Appendix A, Section 11B of DIR CONTRACT NO. DIR‐TSO‐4213. Upon termination or cancellation of this Agreement, including cancelation due to non‐payment, Service Provider shall be entitled to deactivate Software Product licenses and disable use of the Software Product.
