Termination (Monetary Default. If either Party should default in the payment of any sum or amount due hereunder and such default is not remedied within one (1) Business Day after written notice thereof is given by the non-defaulting Party to the defaulting Party, such non-defaulting Party may, at its option and without further notice, immediately terminate this Agreement without prejudice to any other remedies which it may have by reason of such default.
