Termination Negotiations. In the event the Board initiates negotiations with Xxxxxxxx with respect to a discharge for good cause or termination by agreement, Xxxxxxxx agrees to negotiate with the Board. In the event that Xxxxxxxx decides not to renew the Employment Agreement or requests that he be allowed to resign, Xxxxxxxx shall provide written notice of same to the Board Chair as soon as practicable.
