Termination Not to Effect Rights or Obligations. A termination of this Agreement or any provision of this Agreement shall not affect or prejudice any rights or obligations which have accrued or arisen under this Agreement prior to the time of termination, and such rights and obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
